Date: Thu 12 September 2019
Time: 9.00am – 12.00pm
Venue: Simei (5 mins walk from MRT)
In this series of workshops, we are cooking some popular family meals you can easily prepare!
To start, we are making naan. These flatbread can be used for wrapping meat and vegetables, or dipped in curries, or even be used as bases for pizzas!
We will also be cooking chicken masala. I have tweaked my recipe and it is a dish with fantastically well-balanced flavours. Eat with naan or rice, I guarantee that you will want to cook extra of this dish because it freezes so well (and tastes better with time too)!
Come learn how to cook healthy food that your family will love!
