In this workshop, we are baking a loaf of soft sourdough oat bread as well as make use of sourdough discard to make the seriously yummy sourdough spiced crackers!
We will be making the soft oat bread from scratch using a sourdough starter. This produces a super tender bread with a lovely crumb! Eat this with butter or jam, or use it for making sandwiches - which ever way you eat this, you will love every single bite!
We will also be baking up some yummy spiced crackers using sourdough discard. My recipe uses what would usually be thrown out, and with the addition of spices and salts, this is turned into something serious amazing. I guarantee you will fall madly in love with these crackers!
Come and learn how to bake this amazing bread and get started on your sourdough journey! Crackers can be healthy as not only are we using sourdough to make them, we will also be baking them instead of frying!
