Date: Sun 12 JULY 2020
Time: 9.00am – 12.00pm
Venue: Simei (5 mins walk from MRT)
In this workshop, we are cooking healthy meals for the family which can be made in a jiffy! No more slaving in the kitchen in a bid to feed your families well!
To start, we shall be cooking fried cauliflower rice. Cauliflower is amazing - as long as it is cooked right - as it so closely resembles the texture of rice! This is a great option for those who are trying to lower their carb intake, as well as for those who are looking for a delicious alternative to the same-old fried rice!
We will also be baking marinated salmon. Salmon is nutritious and delicious and marinating before cooking ensures that your salmon is full of yummy flavors and best of all, the salmon stays super juicy!
Finally we will make a guilt-free dessert using banana and chia seeds. Guilt-free can still mean tasty, and I will show you how with this make-ahead dessert!
Totally delicious, if I may say so myself!
