In this workshop, we are going mad with Tang Zhong! Tang Zhong is a Japanese method of bread making in which a pre-cooked slurry is added to bread to make it extra soft. This means your bread will taste super delicious as it is soooooooooooooo soft, and it stays soft for days too!
We start with making a loaf of tang zhong bread Here, you will learn how to make and incorporate the tang zhong into the dough and how to handle this extra soft dough.
We will also make some cream cheese and orange marmalade buns! Cute little rolls stuffed with cream cheese and orange marmalade and topped with orange pieces as well as chocolate chips. Your kids will love these little buns!

Participants are to bring their own pen and clipboard for the class if they wish to take notes. Participants may be asked to share workspace depending on recipe.
The maximum class size is 5Classes will start with a minimum of 3 participants. Fees paid are non-refundable, and if a participant is absent for a workshop, no make-ups will be conducted. Fees paid cannot be transferred to another workshop.
In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will be cancelled. Participants will be informed via email and all monies paid will be refunded.
Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Full payment must be made at the point of registration.
Videography is not allowed for this workshop.
