Brioche is my favorite bread to bake, and to eat! It is totally buttery and soft and versatile too as you can mix and match flavors!

This Christmas, I am teaching 2 ways to make brioche - we start by baking a berry twirl using brioche and berry compote that we will make from scratch. The slight tang from the berry compote nicely balances the buttery flavor of the brioche, making this a superb bread to serve for Christmas breakfast or as a gift!

We will also be baking citrus and rum fruit rolls using the brioche dough! Soaked in rum, the fruit pairs beautifully with citrus peel and makes this a truly beautiful treat for your loved ones!

Participants are to bring their own pen and clipboard for the class if they wish to take notes. Participants may be asked to share workspace depending on recipe.

The maximum class size is 6. Classes will start with a minimum of 4 participants. Fees paid are non-refundable, and if a participant is absent for a workshop, no make-ups will be conducted. Fees paid cannot be transferred to another workshop.

In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will be cancelled. Participants will be informed via email and all monies paid will be refunded.

Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Full payment must be made at the point of registration.
Videography is not allowed for this workshop.
