In this workshop, we are cooking the BEST fried glutinous rice (chu bee png) ever! This dish is fried, so the rice remains separate and delicious!
Super aromatic with the flavors of marinated meat, mushrooms, lup cheong and fried shallots, this is one dish I can eat A LOT of and never get tired!
We are also making jiaozi. Learn how to prepare the ingredients as well as how to wrap and cook the jiaozi in 2 ways - this is a super popular dish that you can easily whip up anytime to serve a small family or a large crowd!
This is a meal you can re-create for your family and friends this CNY. Let me show you how you can put this together with minimal effort for maximum results!

Participants are to bring their own pen and clipboard for the class if they wish to take notes. Participants may be asked to share workspace depending on recipe.
The maximum class size is 6. Classes will start with a minimum of 4 participants. Fees paid are non-refundable, and if a participant is absent for a workshop, no make-ups will be conducted. Fees paid cannot be transferred to another workshop.
In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will be cancelled. Participants will be informed via email and all monies paid will be refunded.
Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Full payment must be made at the point of registration.
Videography is not allowed for this workshop.
