In this workshop, we are cooking up a storm!
For the main course, we are making Roasted Chicken stuffed with garlic, wild rice, cranberries and water chestnuts.
Bring home a whole chicken and extra stuffing - the stuffing is so good, it will be polished off in no time!
And for dessert, we are making dark chocolate amaretto cake! This gluten-free cake is amazingly chocolaty and goes so well with ice-cream or even on its own. YUM-O!
This is a meal you can re-create for your family and friends this Christmas. Let me show you how you can put this together with minimal effort for maximum results!

Participants are to bring their own pen and clipboard for the class if they wish to take notes. Participants may be asked to share workspace depending on recipe.
The maximum class size is 5. Classes will start with a minimum of 3 participants. Fees paid are non-refundable, and if a participant is absent for a workshop, no make-ups will be conducted. Fees paid cannot be transferred to another workshop.
In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will be cancelled. Participants will be informed via email and all monies paid will be refunded.
Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Full payment must be made at the point of registration.
Videography is not allowed for this workshop.
