In this series of workshops, we will be cooking dim sum dishes!

First up, we are making Beancurd Skin Rolls, or Fu Pi Juen (腐皮卷). Stuffed with meat and seafood, these rolls can be eaten steamed or fried. Very nice indeed!

We are also making another dim sum favorite, yam puffs!! One of my absolute favorites, these crispy puffs are filled with delicious meat and prawns marinated just right! Yummy!

What you will learn:

  • How to prepare fu pi juen filling
  • How to wrap and cook fu pi juen
  • How to prepare yam puff filling
  • How to wrap and cook yam puff

What you will prepare:

  • 6 pieces fu pi juen
  • 6 pieces yam puffs 

What the fee includes:

Ingredients for the class
Use of kitchen equipment
Boxes for bringing cakes home
Recipe printout
Cleaning and washing up

Interactive hands-on baking session

Participants are to bring their own pen and clipboard for the class if they wish to take notes. Participants may be asked to share workspace depending on recipe.

The maximum class size is 6. Classes will start with a minimum of 4 participants. Fees paid are non-refundable, and if a participant is absent for a workshop, no make-ups will be conducted. Fees paid cannot be transferred to another workshop.

In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will be cancelled. Participants will be informed via email and all monies paid will be refunded.

Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Full payment must be made at the point of registration.
Videography is not allowed for this workshop.

NOTE: All ingredients are pre-measured. Photos are for reference only and decorations may vary.
