In this workshop, we are cooking some classic diner food!
To start, we are making brioche burger buns! Have you tried brioche buns? I swear these burger buns are to die for! Best part? You can make them ahead of time and simply reheat when you need them!
We are also cooking beef/ chicken burger patties (You can request for chicken version - pls send me an email!)! Flavorful and juicy - learn how to cook the patties right every single time!
Finally, to complete the burger, we are making pickled red onions! Pickled red onions are delicious as the rawness has been taken away and is replaced with onions that are slightly sweet and tangy. These yummy pickled red onions can be used in so many other dishes too!

Participants are to bring their own pen and clipboard for the class if they wish to take notes. Participants may be asked to share workspace depending on recipe.
The maximum class size is 6. Classes will start with a minimum of 4 participants. Fees paid are non-refundable, and if a participant is absent for a workshop, no make-ups will be conducted. Fees paid cannot be transferred to another workshop. Participants can send someone to come for the class in his/her place, failing which a copy of the recipe will be sent to him/her.
In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will either be postponed or cancelled. Participants will be informed via email in which an alternative date for the class will be provided. In the event of a cancellation, all monies paid will be refunded.
Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Full payment must be made at the point of registration.
Videography is not allowed for this workshop.

The Domestic Goddess Wannabe reserves the right to change the venue of the workshop in the event that the studio is not available. Participants will be notified via email should there be a change.
