About the Chef Instructor
Having started cooking and baking at the age of 10, Diana Gale is a 2-time winner of the Best Cooking Blog in the Singapore Blog Awards and a full-time culinary instructor. Her hands-on cooking and baking workshops empower you with the ability to recreate mouth-watering bakes and dishes for your family and friends, completely fuss-free!
In addition to teaching classes, Diana also blogs on The Domestic Goddess Wannabe, a blog with more than 700 tried and tested fail-proof recipes. Each recipe is accompanied by step-by-step photos and detailed explanations.
Diana is also the author of the cookbook, The Domestic Goddess Wannabe Bakes, which showcases over 80 recipes featuring local ingredients for baking. This book has also been shortlisted to represent Singapore for Best in the World in the Gourmand World Awards 2019 for the categories A13 Blogger and E03 Pastry.
Diana is wife to Max, an Australian and Mama to two whirlwinds, Aden and Jadelyn, and when she is done conducting workshops, she enjoys spending time testing out new recipes for her family.
