Why make bread? Because home-made bread tastes so much better than what you can buy from the shops! Plus, no additives are added and home made breads are a much healthier option!

In this workshop, we are making an easy no-knead cranberry and pecan bread. Sweet and savory, the cranberries and pecans are folded into the dough to make the most delicious bread! To make the bread even more delicious, we will be adding melted Camembert cheese in the bread and topping it with a hot honey drizzle! Don't worry, this does not at all taste spicy and I guarantee that everyone will love this amazing combination!

Plain, this is a bread you can either eat on its own, or with some butter, or dunk it in soups and stews! By adding the camember and hot honey drizzle, this bread is elevated to a new level - perfect for parties and potlucks! Delicious and so versatile - this is one bread you will be glad to add to your repertoire!

NOTE: Please allocate extra time for the class as we need to wait for bakes to be cooled, yeast to work, etc.

Difficulty Level:

Participants are to bring their own pens for the class if they wish to take notes. Participants may be asked to share workspace depending on recipe.

The maximum class size is 6. Classes will start with a minimum of 4 participants. Fees paid are non-refundable, and if a participant is absent for a workshop, no make-ups will be conducted. Fees paid cannot be transferred to another workshop.

In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will be cancelled. Participants will be informed via email and all monies paid will be refunded.

Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Full payment must be made at the point of registration.

All ingredients are halal.
