In this workshop, we are cooking some super easy and tasty dinner recipes!
To start, we are cooking a tomato and vodka pasta. The easiest recipes are usually the hardest to get right and this pasta is makes a great base for your meal - simply top with a protein of your choice, or pair it with a soup or salad, it is a great recipe to have on hand! The vodka is cooked off and what is left is a light and aromatic pasta dish that you and your family will love!

We are also baking chicken thighs and a delicious gravy! Whether you pair this with a pasta or some rice, this is a dish that is packed full of flavors and the oven does all the work, freeing up your time for other things that need doing! It also freezes well and makes it a breeze for meal-prepping! Learn how to switch up or down to suit your needs!

Finally we will be making a quick couscous salad - this is a light appetizer which you can easily convert into a main by adding a protein like baked chicken! This is a healthy dish that you can prep ahead as it tastes good both warm and cold!
