In this workshop, we shall be making the ever popular Vietnamese bahn mi from scratch!

To start, we are making the bread for the bahn mi. Learn to make crispy baguette and you can have freshly made baguettes every time you crave for some bahn mi!

We will also be marinating and grilling the chicken and making the pickled vegetables to complete this yummy sandwich!

Come learn how to bake these yummy bahn mi, and brew a nice cup of tea or coffee and lets enjoy the fruits of our labor!

What you will learn:

  • How to make baguettes
  • How to bake baguettes
  • How to marinate chicken
  • How to grill chicken and keep it moist
  • How to make pickled vegetables

What you will prepare:

  • Four baguettes
  • Four servings chicken
  • Four servings pickled vegetables

What the fee includes:

Participants are to bring their own pen and clipboard for the class if they wish to take notes. Participants may be asked to share workspace depending on recipe.

The maximum class size is 6. Classes will start with a minimum of 4 participants. Fees paid are non-refundable, and if a participant is absent for a workshop, no make-ups will be conducted. Fees paid cannot be transferred to another workshop.

In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will be cancelled. Participants will be informed via email and all monies paid will be refunded.

Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Full payment must be made at the point of registration.
Videography is not allowed for this workshop.

All ingredients are halal.
