Date: SAT 08 APRIL 2023
Time: 2.00pm - 5.00pm
Venue: Paya Lebar (5 mins walk from MRT)
In this workshop, we are cooking some super delicious food that you can easily whip up to feed your family!
To start, we are baking crispy buttermilk chicken! Without the hassle of cleaning up after deep frying, we are instead using the oven to "fry" the chicken, resulting in crispy fried chicken that is tender and delicious! You can also place the chicken in an air fryer, which makes this one convenient, mess-free and healthier dish!
To go with the chicken, we are whipping up an easy German potato salad that you can make up ahead of time. Slightly tangy and very delicious, this salad is great for gatherings as it actually gets better as it sits in the fridge. You can also switch it up with some grilled chicken or fish, and make it a complete meal on its own!
To complete the meal, we make mini less-sweet creme caramel. This is a dessert that can be made ahead of time too, and it is so silky and yummy - one will not be enough!
This is a great meal you can easily cook for a few, or many!
