In this workshop, we are making and frosting a beary family of cookies!
We start with making the cookies. Learn how to make cookies that will keep their shape and will not spread after baking.
Then learn how to make royal icing of different consistencies and colors to frost the bears. You also also be learning how to paint cookies and attach them, along with chocolate and cookies, onto the bear cookies.
These are gorgeous little treats you will be proud to serve both family and friends!

Participants are to bring their own pen and clipboard for the class if they wish to take notes. Participants may be asked to share workspace depending on recipe.
The maximum class size is 6. Classes will start with a minimum of 4 participants. Fees paid are non-refundable, and if a participant is absent for a workshop, no make-ups will be conducted. Fees paid cannot be transferred to another workshop. Participants can send someone to come for the class in his/her place, failing which a copy of the recipe will be sent to him/her.
In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will either be postponed or cancelled. Participants will be informed via email in which an alternative date for the class will be provided. In the event of a cancellation, all monies paid will be refunded.
Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Full payment must be made at the point of registration.
Videography is not allowed for this workshop.
