In this workshop, we are cooking two dishes that you can whip up to feed a small family or a large crowd!

To start, we are cooking beef hor fun. I love hor fun and this is a great recipe because you can easily change the protein (if you do not like beef, please send me an email to request for a protein substitute), and it incorporates lots of vegetables (you can easily substitute the vegetables for what you have in your fridge) and it is so darn tasty! No wok hey when you cook at home? No worries - we can add seasonings so the dish tastes awesome on its own!

We are also cooking up some Thai meatballs. Again, there is great flexibilty to this recipe and since the meatballs are baked, you won't have to deal with a big oily mess in the kitchen! I make loads and freeze them. When you want to eat, just reheat and you are good to go! What's more, we will also be making the chilli dipping sauce for the meatballs- so I say, bring out the beer!

Participants are to bring their own pen and clipboard for the class if they wish to take notes. Participants may be asked to share workspace depending on recipe.

The maximum class size is 6. Classes will start with a minimum of 4 participants. Fees paid are non-refundable, and if a participant is absent for a workshop, no make-ups will be conducted. Fees paid cannot e transferred to another workshop.

In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will be cancelled. Participants will be informed via email and all monies paid will be refunded.

Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Full payment must be made at the point of registration.
Videography is not allowed for this workshop.

The Domestic Goddess Wannabe reserves the right to change the venue of the workshop in the event that the studio is not available. Participants will be notified via email should there be a change.
