Have you ever want to bake a cake for a loved one? I am presenting to you my double crumble mocha (or matcha) cheesecake with a very cute teddy bear and basket set in this workshop!
Learn how to make the base for the cheesecake as well as how to make the batter in two colors using a mocha or matcha sauce that you will prepare. Also learn how to make 2 types of crumble with which you will top the cake before it is baked.
Te cake is placed in a basket and presented with a super cute teddy bear. What a great gift for a loved one or good friend!

Participants are to bring their own pen and clipboard for the class if they wish to take notes. Participants may be asked to share workspace depending on recipe.
The maximum class size is 7. Classes will start with a minimum of 4 participants. Fees paid are non-refundable, and if a participant is absent for a workshop, no make-ups will be conducted. Fees paid cannot be transferred to another workshop.
In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will be cancelled. Participants will be informed via email and all monies paid will be refunded.
Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Full payment must be made at the point of registration.
Videography is not allowed for this workshop.
