In this workshop, we are replicating some super delicious dishes!
There was a restaurant in town that served a famous black pepper crab tang hoon dish which I absolutely loved. Then the restaurant closed down and I was heart-broken. What is a cook to do but to try to replicate the dish? After many attempts, I am happy to say that I have managed to cook up a mean black pepper crab tang hoon using luscious chunks of crab meat that is so aromatic and so peppery it will leave you wanting more every time! Best of all? You can adjust the peppery-ness of the dish to suit your taste buds!
We are also pan-grilling chicken kebabs that are marinated with citrus and garlicky flavors. Learn how to inject smokiness to these kebabs so you can achieve BBQ kebabs without the BBQ!

Participants are to bring their own pen and clipboard for the class if they wish to take notes. Participants may be asked to share workspace depending on recipe.
The maximum class size is 5. Classes will start with a minimum of 3 participants. Fees paid are non-refundable, and if a participant is absent for a workshop, no make-ups will be conducted. Fees paid cannot be transferred to another workshop.
In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will be cancelled. Participants will be informed via email and all monies paid will be refunded.
Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Full payment must be made at the point of registration.
Videography is not allowed for this workshop.
