In this workshop, we are baking up some cafe favorites!
We start by baking some Earl Grey and raisins scones. This recipe promises to be one that you will keep referring to because the scones are so delicious! Just bring on some clotted cream and jam, I'd say!
We are also baking a scrumptious apple tea and walnut cake. Moist and tender, this cake promises to be one that you will bake again and again because it is so delicious!
Finally we are baking trays of hojicha and chocolate donuts. Roasted in a porcelain pot over charcoal, Hojicha is a Japanese green tea that has so much flavor and pairs so beautifully with chocolate! These donuts are baked so they are tasty but healthier as compared to fried donuts!

Participants are to bring their own pen and clipboard for the class if they wish to take notes. Participants may be asked to share workspace depending on recipe.
The maximum class size is 5. Classes will start with a minimum of 3 participants. Fees paid are non-refundable, and if a participant is absent for a workshop, no make-ups will be conducted. Fees paid cannot be transferred to another workshop.
In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will be cancelled. Participants will be informed via email and all monies paid will be refunded.
Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Full payment must be made at the point of registration.
Videography is not allowed for this workshop.
