In this workshop, we are going back to the basics!
In this workshop, I shall be teaching the fundamentals of chiffon making. You will learn all the basics skills necessary to make fabulously tall and soft chiffon cakes!
The first cake we will make is a parmesan chiffon cake. We will incorporate freshly grated parmesan into the chiffon cake to produce the best tasting chiffon cake ever! This is a totally aromatic and super soft cake that you cannot buy anywhere in the shops!
We are also baking a very very tender oolong and osmanthus chiffon cake. The unbeatable aroma of oolong and unique fragrance of osmanthus pair beautifully in this delicious cake!

What you will learn:
- 2 chiffon cake recipes
- How to make the right meringue
- How to fold meringue
- How process incorporate cheese into chiffon cakes
What you will prepare:
- One 6" Parmesan Chiffon Cake
- Two 4" Oolong Osmathus Chiffon Cakes

Participants are to bring their own pen and clipboard for the class if they wish to take notes. Participants may be asked to share workspace depending on recipe.
The maximum class size is 6. Classes will start with a minimum of 4 participants. Fees paid are non-refundable, and if a participant is absent for a workshop, no make-ups will be conducted. Fees paid cannot be transferred to another workshop.
In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will be cancelled. Participants will be informed via email and all monies paid will be refunded.
Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Full payment must be made at the point of registration.
Videography is not allowed for this workshop.
