Date: SUN 21 JANUARY 2024
Time: 9.00am – 12.00pm
Venue: Paya Lebar (5 mins walk from MRT)
In this workshop, we are going back to the basics!
In this workshop, I shall be teaching the fundamentals of chiffon making. You will learn all the basics skills necessary to make fabulously tall and soft chiffon cakes!
The first cake we will make is avocado Gula Melaka and cream cheese chiffon. Inspired by my favorite "milk tea" store drink, this is a totally aromatic and super soft cake that you cannot buy anywhere in the shops!
We are also baking a very very tender chocolate chiffon cake using real chocolate! Unlike chiffon cakes made with cocoa powder, this version does not have any dryness and the complex flavors of the dark chocolate totally shines!
If you love chiffon cakes, then this is definitely the one workshop you don't want to miss!
