Who does not love a good char siu? I promise my char siu recipe will be one that you will make again and again! Oven roasted so it is caramelized and tender, this recipe guarantees a moist char siu every single time!
We also also make delicious steamed yam and pumpkin cake! You can also use the same recipe to make either a pure yam cake or a pumpkin cake. Whichever you choose, this is one delicious steamed cake! Chocked full of ingredients, and no preservatives added, you can either serve this steamed or pan fried for a crispy crust!

Participants are to bring their own pen for the class if they wish to take notes. Participants may be asked to share workspace depending on recipe.
The maximum class size is 6. Classes will start with a minimum of 4 participants. Fees paid are non-refundable, and if a participant is absent for a workshop, no make-ups will be conducted. Fees paid cannot be transferred to another workshop. Participants can send someone to come for the class in his/her place, failing which a copy of the recipe will be sent to him/her.
In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will either be postponed or cancelled. Participants will be informed via email in which an alternative date for the class will be provided. In the event of a cancellation, all monies paid will be refunded.
Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Full payment must be made at the point of registration.
Videography is not allowed for this workshop.

The Domestic Goddess Wannabe reserves the right to change the venue of the workshop in the event that the studio is not available. Participants will be notified via email should there be a change.
