In this workshop, we are baking up some CNY favorites!
We start by making kueh bangkit. A favorite during CNY celebrations, kueh bangkit is one of the hardest cookies to get right as it must be light and melt-in-your-mouth. My method to make kueh bangkit simplifies the entire process, yet managing to retain the distinctive texture and coconuty flavor of kueh bangkit!
We are also making umami seaweed cookies. You will be pleasantly surprised by how delicious these cookies are! To top it all off, they are a breeze to make and totally great for gifting!

Participants are to bring their own pen for the class if they wish to take notes. Participants may be asked to share workspace depending on recipe.
The maximum class size is 6. Classes will start with a minimum of 4 participants. Fees paid are non-refundable, and if a participant is absent for a workshop, no make-ups will be conducted. Fees paid cannot be transferred to another workshop. Participants can send someone to come for the class in his/her place, failing which a copy of the recipe will be sent to him/her.
In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will either be postponed or cancelled. Participants will be informed via email in which an alternative date for the class will be provided. In the event of a cancellation, all monies paid will be refunded.
Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Full payment must be made at the point of registration.
Videography is not allowed for this workshop.
