In this workshop, we are cooking some classic diner food!
To start, we are cooking smokey barbeque pork ribs! These ribs are cook till fall-off -the-bone tender - super good!
Then we we will make some super yummy bbq sauce to go with the ribs - my quick and easy smokey bbq sauce is so good and you will want to always cook extra to brush on chicken or any dish that you are going to cook!
Finally, we will be making a bacon and radish potato salad to go with the bbq ribs. This, to me, is one of the most perfect combinations ever as the tangy salad dressing goes so well with the succulent ribs!

- 1/2 rack ribs
- 2 servings bbq sauce
- 2 servings potato salad

Participants are to bring their own pen for the class if they wish to take notes. Participants may be asked to share workspace depending on recipe.
The maximum class size is 6. Classes will start with a minimum of 4 participants. Fees paid are non-refundable, and if a participant is absent for a workshop, no make-ups will be conducted. Fees paid cannot be transferred to another workshop.
In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will be cancelled. Participants will be informed via email and all monies paid will be refunded.
Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Full payment must be made at the point of registration.
Videography is not allowed for this workshop.
