In this workshop, we are making two types of super delicious breads!
We start with making double chocolate (or matcha anko) drum loaf. This cute drum-shaped bread is made using delicious chocolate and chocolate chips or you can also choose matcha and anko (red beans) flavor if you like! This bread is mildly sweet and is perfect to go with any jams or fillings. It makes a great sandwich bread and is super soft!
We will also make Japanese ham and egg buns. These are great for breakfasts and snacks as you can easily bring a few to go anytime!
