In this workshop, we are baking a quick garlic and cheese sourdough bread!
We will be making the bread from scratch using a sourdough starter. With this method, you can make a beautiful sourdough loaf in a few hours, instead of the usual minimum of 2 days!
We are also using sourdough discard to make some amazing sour dough waffles. No waiting time, and no waffle makers needed - these waffles are delicious and a great way to use your sourdough discard!

- How to incorporate sourdough into breads
- How to knead and fold the dough
- How to incorporate garlic and cheese into sour dough breads
- How to use discard to make sourdough waffles

Participants are to bring their own pen for the class if they wish to take notes. Participants may be asked to share workspace depending on recipe.
The maximum class size is 6. Classes will start with a minimum of 4 participants. Fees paid are non-refundable, and if a participant is absent for a workshop, no make-ups will be conducted. Fees paid cannot be transferred to another workshop. Participants can send someone to come for the class in his/her place, failing which a copy of the recipe will be sent to him/her.
In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will either be postponed or cancelled. Participants will be informed via email in which an alternative date for the class will be provided. In the event of a cancellation, all monies paid will be refunded.
Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Full payment must be made at the point of registration.
Videography is not allowed for this workshop.
