Why make bread? Because home-made bread tastes so much better than what you can buy from the shops! Plus, no additives are added and home made breads are a much healthier option!
In this workshop, we are making an easy sourdough sticky date bread. Sticky dates has an intensely sweet flavor which goes so well with bread! This is a bread you can either eat on its own, or with some butter, or use it to make sandwiches! Delicious and so versatile - this is one bread you will be glad to add to your repertoire!
We are also making some yummy sourdough apple streusel cake! Lightly spiced with crunchy topping - you simply have to mix, add the batter onto baking pan, bake, and viola! you have delicious cake that you can eat for breakfast or as a snack anytime of the day!

NOTE: Please allocate extra time for the class as we need to wait for bakes to be cooled, yeast to work, etc.

Participants are to bring their own pens for the class if they wish to take notes. Participants may be asked to share workspace depending on recipe.
The maximum class size is 6. Classes will start with a minimum of 4 participants. Fees paid are non-refundable, and if a participant is absent for a workshop, no make-ups will be conducted. Fees paid cannot be transferred to another workshop.
In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will be cancelled. Participants will be informed via email and all monies paid will be refunded.
Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Full payment must be made at the point of registration.
