In this workshop, we are cooking some easy dishes that are perfect for everyday meals!

To start, we are baking ribs with apricot! Once marinated, the ribs are baked to perfection, keeping them moist and succulent. This means you are prep in advance and bake the ribs when you are ready to cook! This dish is not only easy, but also aromatic and totally yummy!


Then we will make and braise some super tender and delicious meatballs with lotus. This is another dish that can be prepared in advanced and braised when you are ready to eat, or it can be braised in advanced and easily reheated without any loss of texture or flavor! 

To complete the meal, we will prepare and bake a super simple spicy toufu. If you prefer, you can also steam this dish! Versatile and yummy, this is a dish that you can easily add to a weekday meal!

Participants are to bring their own pen for the class if they wish to take notes. Participants may be asked to share workspace depending on recipe.

The maximum class size is 7. Classes will start with a minimum of 4 participants. Fees paid are non-refundable, and if a participant is absent for a workshop, no make-ups will be conducted. Fees paid cannot be transferred to another workshop. Participants can send someone to come for the class in his/her place, failing which a copy of the recipe will be sent to him/her.

In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will either be postponed or cancelled. Participants will be informed via email in which an alternative date for the class will be provided. In the event of a cancellation, all monies paid will be refunded.

Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Full payment must be made at the point of registration.
Videography is not allowed for this workshop.
