In this workshop, we are cooking 3 dishes - and all steamed!
Healthy and easy to prepare, you will love making these dishes, be it as part of a meal or simply eat with rice!
To start, we are cooking steamed flower crabs with noodles. You can easily make this as a part of a meal by omitting the vermicelli! Flower crabs are super sweet when cooked in the proper way and we strive to bring out this natural sweetness of the crab by steaming!
We also be steaming up some pork ribs with fermented black beans. A staple at dim sum gatherings, this is actually a really easy dish to cook. The fermented black beans impart so much flavor to the juicy ribs - you cannot help but love this dish!
Last but not least we will make steamed egg custard. Topped with ham and minced meat, as well as vegetables, this is one versatile dish that you can switch up or down very easily!

Participants are to bring their own pen for the class if they wish to take notes. Participants may be asked to share workspace depending on recipe.
The maximum class size is 6. Classes will start with a minimum of 4 participants. Fees paid are non-refundable, and if a participant is absent for a workshop, no make-ups will be conducted. Fees paid cannot be transferred to another workshop.
In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will be cancelled. Participants will be informed via email and all monies paid will be refunded.
Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Full payment must be made at the point of registration.
Videography is not allowed for this workshop.
