In this workshop, we are cooking some very delicious Indian food!

To start, we are making garlic naan. This is a flatbread that is garlickly and super easy to make!

Then we will cook up some butter chicken. This is one of the most popular Indian dishes and this is for a very good reason too as it is super duper delicious! Soak up the gravy with some garlic naan.. HEAVEN!

Finally we are cooking aloo gobi - a cauliflower dish that is loved by so many! Seriously YUMMY!

What you will learn:

  • How to make naan dough
  • How to shape and cook naan
  • How to cook butter chicken
  • How to prepare cauliflower
  • How to cook aloo gobi

What you will prepare:

  • 2 servings garlic naan
  • 2 servings butter chicken
  • 2 servings aloo gobi

Participants are to bring their own pen and clipboard for the class if they wish to take notes. Participants may be asked to share workspace depending on recipe.

The maximum class size is 6. Classes will start with a minimum of 4 participants. Fees paid are non-refundable, and if a participant is absent for a workshop, no make-ups will be conducted. Fees paid cannot be transferred to another workshop.

In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will be cancelled. Participants will be informed via email and all monies paid will be refunded.

Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Full payment must be made at the point of registration.

Videography is not allowed for this workshop.
