Date: SAT 03 JUNE 2023
Time: 9.00am – 12.00pm
Venue: Paya Lebar (5 mins walk from MRT)
In this workshop, we are cooking some super delicious food from Asia!
To start, we are cooking chicken briyani! The otherwise complicated cooking process of this dish is simplified (you won't believe how easy my method is!) so you can cook it any time you like and yet the dish tastes super authentic and delicious!
We will also be making some vegetables patties. This is a great option for vegetarians and really delicious when cooked right! You can also easily switch this up with the addition of chicken or fish or any other proteins if you like!
Finally we will make some papadums. Oil-free and fuss-free, papadums are incredibly easy to make and are a much healthier snack which you can whip up anytime!
This is a great meal you can easily cook for a few, or many!
