In this workshop, I will be teaching you how to cook up some easy but tasty Japanese dishes!
To start, we will cook miso soup with mushrooms, toufu and vegetables. Eat this as it is, or use it as a soup base to go with your favorite noodles! Add some chicken and make this a complete meal!
We will also cook a super easy but very delicious oyakadon. Chicken and eggs simmered in an aromatic sauce poured over rice, this is comfort food that you can easily dish up in your kitchen!
We will also be making (spicy - or not) tuna onigiri. This is one of my kids' favorite things to eat and they enjoy making their own onigiri. Playing with food is fun!
Totally delicious, if I may say so myself!
