In this workshop, I will be teaching you how to cook up some easy but tasty Japanese dishes!

To start, we will cook pork tonkatsu! Tender, juicy and so crispy - tonkatsu is easy to cook (if you know the tricks) and will become a favorite to both young and old alike!

We will also cook tonkatsu sauce. Free of additives, you can adjust this sauce anyway to suit your taste buds!

Finally we will cook spicy edamame. There is more than one way to eat edamame! Traditionally eaten steamed, my version infuses a ton of flavor to the otherwise mild edamame. Best of all, you can totally adjust the level of spiciness of this dish!

Totally delicious, if I may say so myself!
