Date: SUN 13 AUGUST 2023
Time: 2.00pm – 5.00pm
Venue: Paya Lebar (5 mins walk from MRT)
In this workshop, we are cooking some super delicious food from Korea!
To start, we are cooking Korean pork ribs stew (Gamjatang). Apart from pork ribs, it also contains potatoes, vegetables and sweet potato noodles, making this dish an easy and tasty one-pot meal!
We will also be cooking braised spicy toufu. The toufu is lightly crisp on the outside and so soft and tender inside. You can easily adjust the level of spice for this dish - it makes a lovely side dish or you can always add a protein and some rice and you have a complete meal!
Finally we will make rolled omelette! This is such a fun dish to make and you can customize it by adding protein or vegetables! This is an item I often add to my kids' bentos for school and they love it to bits!
This is a great meal you can easily cook for a few, or many!
