Date: SUN 24 JULY 2022
Time: 2.00pm – 5.00pm
Venue: Paya Lebar (5 mins walk from MRT)
In this workshop, we are cooking some super delicious classic Mexican dishes!
To start, we are cooking super delicious Mexican carnitas! Pork, well-seasoned and cooked until soft then shredded before being pan fried - you get the best of both worlds: juicy, succulent pork and crispy, lightlycaramelized flavors. I have only one word for this - YUM-O!
We will also be making tacos from scratch so we have lovely warm and soft taco bread to wrap the pork carnitas in!
Last but not least we will make an easy salsa to top the tacos. This is a healthy and delicious meal that is great for sharing - so if you are planning to have some friends over for Christmas, why not make this for them? They will have loads of fun putting together their own pork carnitas!
This is a great meal you can easily cook for a few, or many!
