Who doesn't love chewy mochi treats? For this workshop, we are making super yummy treats all made with mochi!

We start with some double chocolate mochi brownie bars. The exterior of these mochi brownie bars are crispy while the insides are soft and chewy. Pair that with ooey gooey melty chocolate chips and this is a treat made in heaven! My kids bring these to school for their snack breaks and come back asking for more each time!

We will also cook up a delicious miso salted caramel. We all love salted caramel but bring your salted caramel up a level with miso! Miso has such an intense but well-rounded flavor and it lends a delicious punch to the already yummy salted caramel!

We are also making black sesame mochi mini bundts which we will dip in miso salted caramel. These little baked bundts are so moreish - with the fragrant black sesame, a tad of sweetness and a that umami miso salted caramel!

These are gorgeous little treats you will be proud to serve both family and friends!

  • Eight double chocolate brownie mochi bars

Participants are to bring their own pen and clipboard for the class if they wish to take notes. Participants may be asked to share workspace depending on recipe.

The maximum class size is 6. Classes will start with a minimum of 4 participants. Fees paid are non-refundable, and if a participant is absent for a workshop, no make-ups will be conducted. Fees paid cannot be transferred to another workshop.

In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will be cancelled. Participants will be informed via email and all monies paid will be refunded.

Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Full payment must be made at the point of registration.
Videography is not allowed for this workshop.
