I am a huge fan of roasted meats. For one, they are full of fabulous flavors. Added to that, roasting brings out the best in meats. And to top it off, roasting means letting the oven do most of the work, and I am all for that! In this class, we are roasting bossam-style pork. Traditionally boiled, I am roasting the pork instead with spices and the pork is then eaten with vegetables and sauce in a wrap! Naturally, you can choose to pair this with rice instead of a wrap. This is so delicious and I will show you two ways to cook this melt-in-your-mouth dish!

We will also be grilling some parmesan zucchini to go with the pork. The humble zucchini can actually be made into really tasty dishes and this is one of my favorite ways to cook zucchini because it is super easy yet so yummy!

  • 2-4 servings roasted bossam pork
  • 2-4 servings grilled parmesan zucchini

Participants are to bring their own pen for the class if they wish to take notes. Participants may be asked to share workspace depending on recipe.

The maximum class size is 6. Classes will start with a minimum of 4 participants. Fees paid are non-refundable, and if a participant is absent for a workshop, no make-ups will be conducted. Fees paid cannot be transferred to another workshop. Participants can send someone to come for the class in his/her place, failing which a copy of the recipe will be sent to him/her.

In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will either be postponed or cancelled. Participants will be informed via email in which an alternative date for the class will be provided. In the event of a cancellation, all monies paid will be refunded.

Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Full payment must be made at the point of registration.
Videography is not allowed for this workshop.

The Domestic Goddess Wannabe reserves the right to change the venue of the workshop in the event that the studio is not available. Participants will be notified via email should there be a change.
