In this workshop, we are making the best chiffon cake ever!

The first cake we will make is a savory chiffon cake. I have made thousands of chiffon cakes in my lifetime and I am not exaggerating when I tell you this ranks in the top 3! Filled with ham and cheese and other savory ingredients, this cake is great to eat anytime of the day!

We are also baking a very very tender corn and atapchi chiffon cake! This cake reminds me of ice kachang (haha) and atapchi is so reminiscent of my childhood! Sweet corn lends both a natural sweetness and texture to the cake, making it super delicious!

If you love chiffon cakes, then this is definitely the one workshop you don't want to miss!
