Date: SUN 23 OCOTBER 2022
Time: 9.00am – 12.00pm
Venue: Paya Lebar (5 mins walk from MRT)
In this workshop, we are baking sourdough bombolini with two flavors - chocolate and pandan gula Melaka!
We will be making the bombolinis from scratch using a sourdough starter. The naturally leavened bombolinis are so soft and puffy! When cooked, they retain this lovely texture and with the added slightly tangy sourdough flavor, they are so good you can even eat them without any fillings!
We will make 2 fillings - a dark chocolate pastry cream as well as a gula Melaka pandan cream to fill the bombolinis. Just when you think the bombolinis can't get any better, they do!
Come and learn how to bake these amazing bakes and get started on your sourdough journey!
