In this workshop, we are baking sourdough pizza buns as well as make use of sourdough discard to make some seriously yummy sourdough crisp bread!
We will be making the soft pizza buns from scratch using a sourdough starter. This produces a super tender bread which we will stuff with delicious pizza fillings - ham, peppers, onion and cheese!
We will also be baking up some yummy crisp bread using sourdough discard. My recipe uses what would usually be thrown out, and with the addition of fragrant nuts and seeds, this is turned into something serious amazing!

NOTE:
1. This is a hands-online interactive baking class. Ingredients will be supplied to you.
Participants are to bring their own pen and clipboard for the class if they wish to take notes. Participants may be asked to share workspace depending on recipe.
The maximum class size is 6. Classes will start with a minimum of 3 participants. Fees paid are non-refundable, and if a participant is absent for a workshop, no make-ups will be conducted. Fees paid cannot be transferred to another workshop.
In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will be cancelled. Participants will be informed via email and all monies paid will be refunded.
Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Full payment must be made at the point of registration.
Videography is not allowed for this workshop.
