In this workshop, we are cooking some dishes that are perfect for family (or friends) gatherings!

To start, we are making hand held buns from scratch! Containing no preservatives or additives, these buns are super soft and great for holding whatever fillings you like!

Then we we will cook up some super tender and delicious sticky pork belly! This pork belly is so yummy - you can either serve this with the buns (and your guests can assemble these themselves) or with rice!! Either way, it is simply too good!

To complete the meal, we will cook some soy glazed mushrooms. This is yet another great dish that can be used to accompany the pork belly in the buns; or they can be part of a meal.

  • 1 box stick pork belly
  • 8 hand held buns
  • 1 box Soy Glazed Mushrooms

Participants are to bring their own pen for the class if they wish to take notes. Participants may be asked to share workspace depending on recipe.

The maximum class size is 6. Classes will start with a minimum of 4 participants. Fees paid are non-refundable, and if a participant is absent for a workshop, no make-ups will be conducted. Fees paid cannot be transferred to another workshop. Participants can send someone to come for the class in his/her place, failing which a copy of the recipe will be sent to him/her.

In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will either be postponed or cancelled. Participants will be informed via email in which an alternative date for the class will be provided. In the event of a cancellation, all monies paid will be refunded.

Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Full payment must be made at the point of registration.
Videography is not allowed for this workshop.
