In this workshop, we are cooking some Thai dishes that are perfect for family (or friends) gatherings!

To start, we are cooking Thai chicken lettuce wraps. Flavorful and very moreish, this versatile dish can also be served with rice or even porridge. It is aromatic and totally yummy!

Then we will grill up some Thai coconut chicken. Marinated with a yummy marinade that is super easy to whip up, the complex flavor of the marinade permeates the chicken and make this one delicious dish!

To complete the meal, we will toss up some Thai "drunken" noodles! Don't let the name fool you as there is no alcohol in this dish at all! This is a one-pot dish consisting of noodles, vegetables and chicken and is really easy to cook. It makes a great week-night dinner or you can easily switch it up and cook loads for a crowd too!
