In this workshop, we are cooking some Thai dishes that are perfect for family (or friends) gatherings!

To start, we are cooking Thai Larb Moo (Thai Spicy Mince Meat Salad)! Usually served with lettuce (YUM!) this versatile dish can also be served with rice or even porridge. It is aromatic and totally yummy!


Then we we will cook up some super tender and delicious pandan wrapped chicken! The fragrant pandan flavor permeates the chicken and make this one delicious dish!

To complete the meal, we will cook Tom Kha Gai (Thai coconut chicken soup). This is a refreshing soup that is full of the flavors of coconut, lemongrass, galangal and lime leaves! Served with rice, this makes a comforting meal on its own!

What you will learn:

  • How to wrap pandan chicken 
  • How to cook pandan chicken
  • How to cook coconut chicken

What you will prepare:

  • 2-3 servings Thai larb moo
  • 4 pandan chicken
  • 2-3 servings coconut chicken

Participants are to bring their own pen for the class if they wish to take notes. Participants may be asked to share workspace depending on recipe.

The maximum class size is 6. Classes will start with a minimum of 4 participants. Fees paid are non-refundable, and if a participant is absent for a workshop, no make-ups will be conducted. Fees paid cannot be transferred to another workshop. Participants can send someone to come for the class in his/her place, failing which a copy of the recipe will be sent to him/her.

In the event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will either be postponed or cancelled. Participants will be informed via email in which an alternative date for the class will be provided. In the event of a cancellation, all monies paid will be refunded.

Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Full payment must be made at the point of registration.
Videography is not allowed for this workshop.
