Time: 2.00pm – 5.00pm
Venue: Paya Lebar (5 mins walk from MRT)
In this workshop, we are cooking some super delicious food from Asia!
To start, we are cooking Vietnamese fried spring roll, stuffed with meat, vegetables and vermicelli, but we will bake them instead of frying! This reduces the use of oil as well as creates less mess to clean after!
We also also be making Vietnamese dry noodle bowls, as well as the ngoc cham to dress the noodles!
Finally we will bake well-marinated Vietnamese meatballs. These are delicious and can be served as a snack or as a part of any meal! They freezer well too so you can double up and save some for another meal!
This is a great meal you can easily cook for a few, or many!
